At Ponmelo we take care of your data. Here is a simple explanation of what we collect and why.

What we collect
Your email and name, your avatar photo, your garment photos, your sizes and the looks you create.
Why we use it
Only to generate your looks with artificial intelligence. Images are sent to external AI providers (FASHN and fal.ai) solely to create the results.
Your profile is private
Nobody can see your profile or looks unless you share them with a link, which you can disable at any time.
How to delete your data
You can delete garments and looks, or your whole account from Settings > Manage account. Deleting your account removes all your photos and data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. For any question, write to us from Settings > Help > Contact.
Device identifier
We use a technical device identifier, stored encrypted (hashed), only to prevent abuse of free trials. It is never used for advertising or shared.
